We cannot say enough good things about Streamline. We remodeled our house in two phases. Streamline remodeled our entire downstairs two years ago and, we were so impressed with them, we had them come back this year to remodel our entire upstairs. Streamline's workmanship is exceptional. Jason and his entire team are terrific. Everything went smoothly from the initial introduction and walkthrough to completion. Everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous and professional. Taylor did a tremendous job with the design and helping us to achieve our vision. Both of our projects (downstairs and upstairs) were completed on time and within budget. As can be expected, we did make some changes during the process. Jason was very accommodating and was able to do everything we wanted. The team took great care in keeping the area clean throughout the entire process. Every day before they left, they would clean up the area, putting away all their tools and materials ensuring the disruption to our lives was kept to a minimum. We recently had our kitchen renovated by Streamline Construction and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Jason, Taylor and the entire team were professional, courteous, creative, detail-oriented, and most importantly, skilled at their craft. Taylor was a great listener and worked hard to understand our vision and consider our ideas during design and every step of the process, through final finishing touches. While she is incredibly talented, she never forced her design on us but rather allowed our thoughts to be considered and enhanced most everything we recommended, bringing our vision to life while still offering her experience and thoughtful suggestions to further improve on our ideas. The construction crew was friendly, respectful, and incredibly skilled. They kept the worksite clean and minimized disruption to our daily routines even working around a rambunctious dog who liked to get in the middle of things. When challenges were encountered, Jason found solutions and handled change without frustration, delay, or unreasonable cost and was communicative throughout so there were no surprises. The project stayed on schedule and within budget, which is rare and deeply appreciated. Our new kitchen is both stunning and functional. The layout flows beautifully, the materials, especially the white oak cabinets, are high-end, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. We are enjoying time in this highly upgraded space where cooking is now a pleasure, and entertaining is a joy. I couldn't be more pleased with my bathroom/bedroom remodel. From the very start everything was seamless and efficient. Jason was great in hearing what my vision was and then Taylor was awesome in helping me see it through. They were very timely in getting the plans, permits, etc. in place so that the project could be started promptly. Our experience with Streamline Construction was wonderful! Our remodel was down to the studs and included, new electrical, plumbing, roof, some changes to the floorplan, as well as demolishing an old family room addition built on a raised foundation, laying a new foundation and rebuilding it to match the roofline of the rest of the house. We also worked with Streamline on redoing all of our exterior hardscape and softscape. Streamline handled all phases of the project, starting with architectural plans and design through completion of the landscaping. The entire team, including subcontractors, were truly a pleasure. Everyone was very respectful of our neighbors and the rules of our HOA. They were accommodating of any special requests and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of the final result. Stress is unavoidable during such a large project, but Jason and his team handled any issue that arose with professionalism and with the benefit of decades of experience. Jason's extensive experience added so much value for us and allowed us to avoid undue worry. Codi handles billing and paperwork, and she is extremely organized and responsive. The entire team provided us with a far better experience than we could have imagined, and we are thrilled with our home. We highly recommend and trust Jason and the Streamline team.

We could not be more pleased with our partnership with Streamline Construction to build our new home. Jason, Codi, Taylor, Lisa and the team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. This included thorough reviews of architectural plans, all aspects of construction and serving as the interior designer on the project. The team operates with this highest level of integrity - a crucial element when building a home for the first time. Any unexpected situations are instantly and thoroughly communicated with various options/action plan on how to continue moving the project forward. All workers on the project were also extremely professional and offered ideas on how to further enhance our home. These minor suggestions ended up making a huge impact on both aesthetics as well as functionality of our home. Given their focus and attention to details throughout our project, it almost felt that the Streamline crew would be moving into our house and wanted to ensure everything was perfect versus just building another project and moving on to the next job. If you are considering working with Streamline, do not think twice - hire them and you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My wife and I hired Jason and the Streamline crew to completely renovate our 2BR/2BA Dana Point vacation condo down to the studs, which included major structural changes to completely open up the ocean facing the main living area. We live in NorCal and were very concerned about how a remodel of this scope would go being a plane ride away. Not only did they execute to perfection from day 1 to project completion, but along the way they made us feel like it was their house too. Project management was 10/10. They use Buildetrend and were great with keeping us updated in real time on progress photos and execution schedules. Never had any issues getting ahold of someone when we needed to talk. Invoicing was also spot on with all the details you want to see when spending this kind of money. So much care and professionalism, even when we screwed up and asked them to make changes, they made us feel like it was ok and took care of everything without having to explain a second time. I would never use anyone else in Orange County if I had to build another house. We found our family at Streamline.
